The on site machining solutions by WWTECH were the solution which restore the tightness of metal – metal connection in the power plant owned by one of the biggest Energy supplier over the world.
By virtue of the kind of connetion was required the 100% reflection.
The lack of possibility of using typical devices e.g. lapping tools etc. was the main reason of creating the machine specialy for this work. Our engineers in cooperation with design office was built the special grinding machine for the surfaces which are located under the place of grinding setting.
The attained roughness amount to 0,20 Ra, and flatness 0,003mm.
