POMP TO INJECT OIL TO UNDERGROUND TANKS
This time, the engineers of the WWTECH Company undertook to carry out a project lasting four days in the most dangerous conditions that have hitherto met them.
The ordering party clearly defined the scope of our machining, namely:
- Boring of the stuck M250 nut
- Opening hole ф120 on ф240, to insert a pipe with diameter ф230
Due to safety requirements resulting from the plant specification, it was not possible to use a standard electrical drive for machine tools. To meet this task, we had to adapt our machine to the hydraulic drive.
The effect of our work was to finish the project while maintaining tolerance and quality without creating absolutely no danger in these extreme conditions.
The workpiece was a critical point responsible for injecting oil into underground tanks.
