Drilling and reaming
Drilling new holes can be carried out on new structures that are built from scratch, have precisely designated locations, and all elements dimensions as well as on structures that have been in use for a long time. Sometimes during modernization or the necessity to fit existing machine structure to a new element to be put in, drilling of a new hole is necessary. Drilling with the use of portable devices allows to reach the areas where there is a difficult access without the necessity to relocate the whole process outside of the usage territory what will extend the process’ duration.
Owning a sole technology causes that it is possible to make modifications for the sake of specific tasks on our own range. It sometimes happen that the machines that are in common use, are not able to meet non-standard project’ criteria. These are such situations as: non-typical length of the hole, location with difficult access to it which precludes putting the machine in such a location that it can make drilling and array of other works. In such situation, our engineers, basing on their experience and available resources, are able to plan and make a new machine that will meet the requirements of particular tasks.
Reaming however applies to machinery and structures on which renovations, modernizations had been undertaken or those that had been unexpectedly damaged. Blocking of the key holes or connecting with the screw or pin that can’t be removed might be the cause of outages and extended renovations which bring seminal loss. Such impediments the most often involve chemical plants and power plants. The solution is to remove the unnecessary element or its part and restoring the opportunity to exploit the connection or the hole in a proper way. Even the corpuses of machines and devices that are very large or outsize connections do not pose a problem for us mainly thanks to the ability to adjust the machines we posses to the most non-standard requirements.
