The WWTECH team was again the contractor of works, where the speed of implementation and the quality of work were the key parameters for choosing the contractor.
At the request of a foreign Company, specialists from WWTECH performed large-size milling using portable milling machines.
Flanges with dimensions exceeding 9000mm x 5000 mm have been milled using parallel two high-performance mobile milling machines.
The geometry of the entire system was controlled using the most modern measurement methods and Laser Tracker devices. Lasers and manual magnetic drilling rigs were also used to drill a great number of 930 holes.
The execution time was essential, where machining of 2 flanges and drilling of holes took only 14 days. The work was carried out in a 24-hour system, the trial assembly of elements confirmed success of this project.
