Foundations

How important are the foundations, you do not have to convince anyone. Especially if they are foundations on which complicated devices and machines will be placed.

It is important that the pressure resulting from the weight of the seated structure is evenly distributed – to achieve this, bearing surfaces – foundation slabs – must meet structural requirements such as the mutual position of individual panels – determined by the permissible deviation of the relative height (max 1 mm) and maintaining the level and flatness of each foundation slab (max. ± 0.05 mm / m).

The following are examples of foundation slabs (milling of large planes) and completed plate with measurements documenting the achievement of the appropriate surface parameters.
