WWtech has a machine tool that allows all turning and milling operations within the rotor chamber to be performed in a single setup.
Our proprietary design of machining heads enables the creation of any shape of the machined surface, including spherical and toroidal, while maintaining the required accuracy and surface finish.
Additionally, in the same setup, it is possible to machine other stationary turbine components: upper ring, lower ring, thrust bearing, and even the generator.
The modular design allows for flexible scaling of the machine tool.
